Using the website indicates your acceptance of these terms — if you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
OzilAi provides an AI video creation service that transforms your uploaded photo, selected duration, and resolution into an AI video set in the legendary 2016 Champions League solo goal sequence — the workflow includes uploading a portrait, choosing duration (10s or 15s) and resolution (720P or 2K), generating video with synchronized stadium commentary and audio, and previewing or downloading watermark-free results.
Available durations (10s sequence or 15s full iconic goal take), resolutions, credit costs, and usage limits are specified in the interface and package descriptions — generation times and output fidelity may vary based on photo lighting, angle, and server load.
Examples demonstrate creative possibilities; we do not guarantee an identical likeness or specific motion outcomes for every individual photo.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and possess legal capacity to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, safeguard login credentials, and notify us immediately upon suspecting unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activities performed under your account. Do not share, resell, or bypass account security restrictions.
Photos, Likeness, and Authorization
Only upload photos and assets you own or have permission to use. Obtain consent from any recognizable individuals before uploading. Uploading photos of minors is strictly prohibited.
Do not use the service for impersonation, non-consensual imagery, deceptive endorsements, harassment, discrimination, fraud, or violations of privacy and likeness rights.
You retain all rights to your original materials. Submitting materials does not transfer ownership to OzilAi.
By submitting materials, you grant OzilAi permission to process, transmit, and store them solely to generate clips, maintain task history, and provide customer support.
Independent Status and Third-Party Rights
OzilAi is an independent AI video project developed by sports culture and technology enthusiasts. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with Mesut Özil, Arsenal Football Club, or the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) or their respective rights holders. References to the 2016 Champions League solo goal describe a creative cultural homage and do not grant an official commercial license to any trademark, match broadcast audio, or celebrity likeness.
All proprietary branding, website designs, code, and original assets of OzilAi are protected by applicable intellectual property rules.
Acceptable Use
Do not attack the platform, access unauthorized data, distribute malicious code, scrape personal user data, or bypass concurrency and credit limitations.
To report intellectual property or likeness infringement, send the URL, rights proof, and contact details to support@ozilai.top.
Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits
Certain features require purchasing credits or subscribing to a monthly plan. Review prices, validity periods, and quotas prior to purchase.
Generation costs depend on duration and resolution: at 720P, 10s costs 10 credits and 15s full-cut costs 15 credits; at 2K, 10s costs 18 credits and 15s full-cut costs 27 credits. Credits are reserved upon request submission.
If a task fails due to server timeout, system error, or safety filters, reserved credits are automatically refunded to your balance in full.
Subscriptions renew automatically on each billing date unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy details how photos, task records, accounts, and analytics are handled.
Availability and Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. AI-generated video clips may occasionally contain visual artifacts or motion anomalies; review your videos before sharing.
Termination
You may stop using the website at any time or request account deletion. We may suspend access to resolve severe violations, unlawful acts, or security risks.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law to the fullest extent permitted, without diminishing non-waivable statutory consumer protections.
